These are digital files that reach you immediately. Once you have downloaded them there is normally no right to cancel — that is how the law treats digital content supplied straight away, and it is the trade-off for getting the files in seconds rather than waiting for a delivery.
We will always refund a file that is faulty, corrupt, or not what the page said it was.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and get your money back.
For digital content that right ends early — but only if two things happen before download. You must expressly consent to the files being supplied immediately, and you must acknowledge that by doing so you lose the right to cancel. You will be asked to confirm both at checkout, and the confirmation is recorded against your order.
If you were not asked, or you did not agree, the 14-day right stands and you can cancel for a full refund.
We will refund you in full, without argument, if:
Not liking the advice, or deciding the approach is not for you, is not a fault. We would rather you knew that before buying, which is why a free sample page lets you see inside before you pay.
Write to support@fiberandflow.com with the email address you bought with and your order number from the confirmation email. Tell us what went wrong. You do not need to fill in a form or use particular wording.
We will reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Tell us first and give us a chance to fix it. If we still cannot sort it out, you can raise the matter with your card issuer, or take it to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page.
