This is a working draft written to fit how this shop actually operates — digital files, sold once, delivered by the payment provider. It is not legal advice, and nobody here is a solicitor. Have it read by someone qualified before you take real money, and fill in every HIGHLIGHTED field first. A live policy page with placeholders in it does more damage than no page at all.
These guides are sold by YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME, trading as Fiber & Flow, of TRADING ADDRESS. Fiber & Flow is a sole trader, not a limited company, so there is no company number to give.
You can reach us at mirazhasanfardin@gmail.com. We aim to answer within two working days.
Each guide is a fillable PDF document. The form fields are live: you can type into them and tick them on a phone, tablet or computer, and save your answers. Every guide is also laid out to print on A4 and US Letter if you would rather work on paper.
You are buying the files themselves, not a subscription and not access to a service. There is no account to keep alive and nothing expires. Where a pack is described as including future revisions, that means revisions to the guides in that pack, sent to the email address you bought with.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guides for yourself and the people in your household. You may print as many copies as you like for that use.
You may not:
Copyright in the guides stays with us.
Prices are shown on the site in pounds sterling (£). Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record for the sale. They charge and remit the VAT or sales tax that applies where you are, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Card details are entered on the provider's own checkout, never on this site. We never see, handle or store a card number.
The files are supplied immediately after payment clears. You will get a download link on screen and the same link by email. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to us at the address in section 1 and we will send the files directly.
Because delivery is immediate, the cancellation position is different from a physical product. That is set out in full on the Refunds & Cancellation page, and it is worth reading before you buy.
The guides describe patterns in eating and digestion and give you structures for recording your own. They do not diagnose anything and they are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a registered dietitian.
If your symptoms are painful, persistent, or getting worse — or if you are pregnant, managing a diagnosed condition, or taking medication that interacts with fibre or diet — speak to a clinician before making changes. Nothing you buy here changes that.
If a file is faulty, corrupt or not as described, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and nothing here reduces them.
Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the guides. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes from decisions you make about your own diet. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — no term can, and none here tries to.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought, so keep the confirmation email.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
